Firstly, for this job we had to clear all cold water inlet filters of any debris. We also checked that any openings for combustion air weren’t blocked, including the openings for the exhaust. The gas pressure was another factor which needed inspection, and we noticed it was at 2.75 kpa.

At the beginning, all of the units had appeared to be operating correctly without any issues. But upon arrival, we discovered that the main computer was displaying an error with the temperature sitting around 44 degrees. So we proceeded with clearing up this error and then servicing the units accordingly. Soon after, the temperature of the main computer increased to 56 degrees.

Our observations were that the error might be because of the peak periods of hot water in this building. We also took the time to thoroughly check the building’s flow pressures. Ensuring we check inlet pressures and the operations of the associated valve circulation pumps.
