Recently, one of our clients in Brunswick was facing water leakages into their garage and had water running into the switchboards. After investigating the issue we proceed to fix the leakage by installing a flashing and sealing it around the pipes. However, the edges of the flashing were too sharp to be left unresolved without taking safety measures. So to ensure the finish was safe, we bent the ends of the flashing to eliminate sharp edges.
Following that, we sealed the wall and the dips in the concrete footpaths and around the pipes. Nevertheless, after following up with the work we discovered that there were few dips in the concrete footpath that the silicon did not seal so we resealed those areas.
