The Gallant Group was established in 2015, with a vision to redefine the trades industry and deliver a seamless customer service experience to all.
Through the journey so far, we have recruited many prestigious businesses to the group, getting us closer and closer to bringing our vision to life. The trades industry needs a shake up and the Gallant Group are taking the lead on this one.
In 2015 when the Gallant Group was developed, Gallant Plumbing was born. Gallant Plumbing is the poster company for the Gallant Group, redefining the trades industry and working towards a future where customers expect and receive a phenomenal service from each of their hired trades.
In early 2017 after 40 years of business, Burwood Plumbing joined the Gallant Group. Servicing their customers with the upmost care, they pride themselves on timeliness, communication and high work standards. Since joining the Gallant Group, customer service has become a core focus, working towards the Gallant vision.
Established in 1921, Worboys Plumbing is a history rich company working on many iconic Melbourne sites such as The Shrine of Remembrance, The Royal Arcade and Federation Square. Geoff has been with the company for over 40 years and there is no better representation of the Worboys brand than Geoff. In February 2018, Worboys Plumbing joined the Gallant Group signifying a new direction change and modern approach to the Worboys service.
In November 2018, NR York joined the Gallant group with their small team of 4. Predominately servicing the Melbourne CBD, their efficiency and ability to service their customers is admirable. Coupling this with the Gallant values and vision, clients are receiving a service unlike they have ever received before.
After 50 years of hard work, Ken Woolley was looking for an opportunity to step back from his business. On June 19th 2019, Woolley’s Plumbing joined the Gallant Group. Woolley’s are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience assuring their clients they won’t be let down.
For over 15 years, PlumbFast has been providing comprehensive plumbing services to residents, commercial, industrial and property management companies across metropolitan Melbourne. They pride themselves on their rapid response times, courteous and tidy behaviour, clear communication and responsible clean-up and follow up procedures. Joining forces with the Gallant Group will ensure these practices are maintained and improved.
